Interested in seeing a generator before making your purchase? We offer factory visits by appointment only for serious buyers.

The factory is not open to the public, so we personally arrange and accompany each visit. Visits are only available on Wednesdays, and must be booked and confirmed by 3PM on the Tuesday before.

We kindly ask that only serious buyers apply, this service is not for casual inquiries or walk-ins.

Need an Urgent Visit?

If you need to arrange a factory visit outside of our standard Wednesday schedule, this will be subject to management approval. In such cases, a signed quotation will be required as confirmation of intent to purchase before the visit can be arranged.
